Meet Our Founder

Brian S. Pearce

Retirement Planning Specialist

Brian Pearce is owner and CEO of Dynamic Wealth Management. With more than 32 years of experience in benefits, nance and financial services, he currently specializes in retirement planning. “I help with retirement income, putting together custom plans that take into account individual client needs,” he says. “I then monitor plans through the years to help ensure my clients succeed.”

Brian feels clients benefits from his experience and perspective. “It’s important to work with a financial advisor in order to avoid mistakes that can cost you money, as well as receive current advice about the latest investment strategies,” he says. “I’ve experienced some of the best times in the market and some of the worst—such as 1987 [20% one-day drop in the S&P], the dotcom bubble, and the 2008 financial crisis. Having been through these occurrences helps me educate people about risk and volatility—and how to deal with it.”

Brian received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. In addition to insurance licenses, he holds Series 7 (securities), Series 65 (investment advisor) and Series 24 (general securities principal) licenses. Although he holds many credentials and has decades of experience, he believes in a calm, laid-back approach: “I try to keep things clear and simple to understand for my clients so they can focus on their own lives and feel comfortable about their retirement.”

Brian has deep roots in Polk County and has lived in Florida his whole life. A member of Grace Lutheran Church, Brian is married to Lisa, his wife of 32 years. They have three grown children, Lance, Jordann and Madison. Brian’s hobbies include golf and weight training.

It’s not just about how much money you make, it’s about how much money you keep. We believe in a very conservative approach to a portion of your portfolio—equivalent to the amount that meets your specific needs in retirement. Let’s talk.

Depending on your time horizon, risk tolerance, and retirement objectives, we can develop an investment plan custom-tailored for you. Through our digital interface, you can monitor your investments along with our experienced investment management team.

A retirement plan covers the spectrum from Social Security maximization, income strategies, investment planning, retirement account yearly draw-down planning, tax planning, insurance planning, legacy planning and much more.

Lifetime Income

Lifetime Income

People are living longer, and as a result, your retirement nest egg has to last longer. We have uncovered specific financial strategies to generate monthly retirement income which is designed to last no matter how long you live.

Traditional IRAs and 401(k)s can bring a surprise later. Starting at age 70-1/2, you are required by law to start withdrawing a percentage—and paying taxes—on each account you own. RMDs can put you in a higher tax bracket than you expected, let’s plan ahead.

As a retiree, you pay income taxes on Social Security as well as the money you withdraw from your retirement accounts based on your tax bracket. We will help create a retirement plan to maximize your retirement dollars and minimize your income taxes.

Hidden Levers

What is a portfolio stress test?

Stress testing is about assessing the potential impact of economic scenarios (e.g. oil crash, inflation, etc.) on your portfolio and other investments.

In a portfolio stress test, we construct “what-if” scenarios based on real life macro-economic uncertainties, and measure their potential impact on your portfolio.

Portfolio stress testing is not about predicting the future, but about identifying and adjusting for downside risks.

Riskalyze uses a patented Risk Number® technology to objectively calculate an investor’s true risk tolerance.

Using your personal risk tolerance number allows us to fine tune your risk to align with your unique situation and lifestyle.

Investing involves risk including the potential loss of principal. No investment strategy can guarantee a profit or protect against loss in periods of declining values. Past performance is not guarantee of future results.
